Lion Finance Group PLC announces first quarter 2026 dividend

Lion Finance Group PLC (the "Company") announces today that its Board of Directors (the "Board") has declared an interim dividend of GEL 2.85 per ordinary share in respect of the first quarter of 2026, payable in Pounds Sterling on 10 July 2026 to those ordinary shareholders of the Company on the register of members at the close of business on 26 June 2026, according to the following timetable:

Ex-Dividend Date: 25 June 2026

Record Date: 26 June 2026

Currency Conversion Date: 26 June 2026

Payment Date: 10 July 2026

The National Bank of Georgia's Lari/British Pounds Sterling average exchange rate for the period of 22 June to 26 June 2026 will be used as the exchange rate on the Currency Conversion Date and will be announced in due course.
