Bank of Ireland Group plc (BOIG) announced that on 4 May 2022, it purchased 712,930 of its ordinary shares on Euronext Dublin via its broker, UBS A.G., London Branch. The shares were acquired at a volume weighted average price of €5.7783, with individual prices ranging from a high of €5.8520 to a low of €5.7300. These purchased shares, which will be cancelled, form part of BOIG's buy-back programme of up to €50 million, originally announced on 6 April 2022.
