Bank of Ireland Group plc (BOIG) purchased a total of 376,348 of its ordinary shares through J&E Davy on Euronext Dublin between 23 March 2026 and 27 March 2026. These shares were acquired at volume-weighted average prices ranging from €15.1300 to €15.9267 and will be cancelled as part of BOIG's buy-back programme, announced on 02 March 2026, which aims to repurchase up to €530 million of shares.

These share purchases form part of BOIG's intention to buy back up to €530 million of shares as part of the buy-back programme announced on 02 March 2026 (the "Programme").
In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (including as it forms part of retained EU law in the United Kingdom ("UK") from time to time, including, where relevant, pursuant to the UK's European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018), a detailed breakdown of individual trades made by Davy on behalf of BOIG as part of the Programme is scheduled to this announcement.
