Bank Muscat (S.A.O.G) announced on 25 September 2025 the successful closure of a 5-year, USD 750 million bond issuance under its Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) programme. The issuance was oversubscribed by more than three times, carries a coupon of 4.846%, and will be listed on the Irish Stock Exchange.

We refer to our disclosure dated 21 September 2025, and are pleased to inform the market that Bank Muscat successfully closed a 5-year USD 750 million bond issuance under its Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) programme. The deal, which evoked strong response from regional and international investors was oversubscribed by more than three times, and carries a coupon of 4.846%. The bonds will be listed on the Irish Stock Exchange.
