Expiry of Unlisted Options
Berkeley Energia Limited ("Berkeley" or the "Company") advises that 15,132,937 unlisted options exercisable at £0.75 each expired on 30 May 2023.
Following the expiry of unlisted options, Berekley has the following securities on issue:
· 445,796,715 ordinary fully paid ordinary shares;
· 3,700,000 unlisted options exercisable at A$0.40 each on or before 31 December 2023;
· 25,221,562 unlisted options exercisable at £1.00 each on or before 30 November 2023; and
· 2,000,000 unlisted options exercisable at A$0.40 each on or before 31 December 2025.
