The Board of Baronsmead Second Venture Trust plc (the "Company") announces that on 13 September 2021, 295,000 Ordinary shares of 10p each were sold by the Company from the shares held in Treasury at a price of 84.625 pence per share.

The resultant total number of Ordinary shares held in Treasury by the Company is 28,559,977.

The resultant total number of Ordinary shares that the Company has in circulation following this sale is 283,499,835 and the total number of Ordinary shares that the Company has in issue is 312,059,812. Each share has one voting right.
