The Company announces that on 27 July 2023 it made a market purchase of 585,731 of its own Ordinary shares of 10p each, at a price of 58.56 pence per share and the Company intends to hold these shares in treasury.
As a result of the above transaction the Ordinary shares in issue, shares held in treasury, and the Total Voting Rights of the Company are now as follows:
