The Board of Baronsmead Second Venture Trust PLC announced on 30 March 2026 that the unaudited net asset value of its Ordinary Shares as at 25 March 2026 was 46.09p per share. The Company intends to use this 25 March 2026 NAV for pricing the fourth allotment of ordinary shares under its offer for subscription, which is expected to occur on 2 April 2026.
