Completion of Cancellation of Share Premium Account
BMO Managed Portfolio Trust PLC (the "Company") is pleased to announce that the final hearing in the Court process to create a special reserve by way of cancelling its £59,169,298.70 share premium account was held on 25 May 2022 and an order was pronounced by the Court (the "Order") confirming the cancellation of that part of the Company's share capital, as approved by special resolution passed at the Company's 2021 annual general meeting (the "Cancellation"). The Company is pleased to confirm that the Order has today been registered at Companies House together with a statement of capital approved by the Court. All steps required for the Cancellation to take effect have now been completed.
