Braime Group PLC confirmed its seventy-second Annual General Meeting was held on 23rd June 2022. At the meeting, all resolutions were unanimously approved by a show of hands of all Ordinary members present. Prior to the AGM, seven proxy forms representing 29,750 Ordinary shares were received by the Company, all voting in favour of the resolutions.
