July 2026 Operational Update

Bluebird Mining Ventures Ltd (LSE: BMV), the gold streaming, mining and treasury company, provides the following operational update for July 2026.

During the month, the Company continued to focus on the development of its streaming business and the disciplined management of its treasury.

Streaming

The Company's initial Bitcoin streaming investment completed its first full month of operation following commencement of production on 22 June 2026, generating recurring revenue throughout July and performing in line with management expectations.

Building on this initial deployment, BMV continues to develop its zero-upfront-capital streaming model, under which counterparties can access the productive assets and infrastructure required to generate Bitcoin without funding the associated capital expenditure upfront. The Company intends to demonstrate and refine this model through its existing streaming activities before considering broader deployment.

In parallel, the Company continues to develop its structured gold streaming product, designed to provide gold producers with flexible, non-dilutive capital in exchange for an agreed participation in future production. During July, BMV continued discussions with prospective commercial counterparties and progressed the operational framework required to support the product, including refining, custody, legal and compliance arrangements.

The Company's objective is to develop scalable streaming products across Bitcoin and gold that can generate recurring revenues for BMV. The model is designed to build the Company's balance sheet through the accumulation of Bitcoin and gold by providing value-added services, including transaction structuring and access to digital asset payment infrastructure, rather than deploying capital, enabling BMV to acquire streaming interests on a zero-capital expenditure basis.

Treasury

The Company continued to manage its treasury conservatively during July while evaluating opportunities to improve long-term returns.

A limited testing programme across selected decentralised finance protocols also continued using small treasury allocations. These activities remain exploratory and are not currently considered a material operating business.

Net Asset Value

At 31 July 2026, total NAV was US$1,176,325 (30 June 2026: USD$1,142,682), comprising US$449,059 of streaming NAV and US$727,266 of treasury NAV.

Outlook

The Company's near-term focus remains straightforward: grow its existing streaming revenues, progress the development of its Bitcoin and gold structured streaming products, maintain disciplined treasury management and convert its commercial pipeline into revenue-generating transactions.

Sath Ganesarajah, Chief Executive Officer, commented:

"July was a month of continued execution. Our first Bitcoin streaming investment completed its first full month of operation and we continued to progress the development of our structured streaming products across Bitcoin and gold.

"Our focus is increasingly on developing repeatable, capital-efficient products that can provide our counterparties with access to productive assets or capital without significant upfront investment, while creating recurring streaming revenues for BMV.

"August is traditionally a quieter period for the market, and our focus remains on execution. We look forward to providing further updates as these initiatives reach material commercial milestones."
