Further to the announcement earlier today of its half yearly results for the six months ended 30 June 2022, Bunzl plc (the "Company") confirms that the interim dividend for the year ending 31 December 2022 of 17.3p per share will be paid on 4 January 2023 to those members on the Company's register at the close of business on 18 November 2022. The ex-dividend date will be 17 November 2022. The latest date for receipt of elections under the Company's dividend reinvestment plan is 5.00 pm (UK time) on 9 December 2022.
