Bunzl PLC has applied to the UK Listing Authority and London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 40,000 ordinary shares of 32 1/7 pence each. These shares will be issued to satisfy 20,000 options granted under the Bunzl plc Sharesave Scheme and 20,000 options under the Bunzl plc International Sharesave Plan. Admission of the shares to the Official List is expected on 19 December 2024.
