about a significant change in the composition of Eximbank Zrt.'s assets

The Hungarian Export-Import Bank Private Limited Company (headquarters: 1065 Budapest, Nagymező u. 46-48, company registration number: Cg.01-10-042594, registered company court is the Company Court of the Capital Court, hereinafter: "Issuer") with reference to the Law on Capital Market of 2001 CXX. Act (Tpt.) § 55, Paragraph (1), as well as to the (VIII. 15.) to Section 2 (2) and Annex 4 of PM Decree Regulation 24/2008 on the detailed rules of the obligation to provide information regarding publicly traded securities, it informs its Investors in the form of extraordinary information that there has been a significant change in the composition of the assets of the Hungarian Export-Import Bank Private Limited Company.

The reason for the indicated change is that the Bank expanded its disbursed loan stock by more than 20% during the examined period compared to December 31, 2023.
