Hungarian Export-Import Bank Private Limited Company (registered office: H-1065 Budapest, Nagymező u. 46-48., company registration number: Cg.01-10-042594, registered by the Commercial Court of the Metropolitan Court of Budapest, hereinafter referred to as "the Issuer") informs the capital market actors that the position of dr. Anikó Túri as a member of the Board of Directors of the Issuer will cease with effect from 3 February 2025.

The holder of ownership rights over the Issuer, by its founder's resolution has appointed Dr. Pál Péter Kolozsi as a member of the Board of Directors of the Issuer for a fixed term of five years from 3 February 2025.
