Concurrently, Mr. István SZÉLL was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors for a fixed term of five years, and Mrs. Andrea TORZSA was appointed as a member of the Audit Committee for the duration of her Supervisory Board membership.

Hungarian Export-Import Bank Private Limited Company (registered office: H-1065 Budapest, Nagymező u. 46-48., company registration number: Cg.01-10-042594, registered by the Commercial Court of the Metropolitan Court of Budapest, hereinafter referred to as "the Issuer") informs the capital market actors that the holder of ownership rights over the Issuer, by its founder's resolution with effect from 1st May 2025
1. has recalled Mrs. Csilla HORVÁTH from the Board of Directors and from the Audit Committee of the Issuer;
2. has appointed Mr. István SZÉLL as a member of the Board of Directors of the Issuer for a fixed term of five years and
3. has appointed Mrs. Andrea TORZSA as a member of the Audit Committee of the Issuer for the duration of her membership of the Supervisory Board of the Issuer.
