Hungarian Export-Import Bank Private Limited Company (registered office: H-1065 Budapest, Nagymező u. 46-48., company registration number: Cg.01-10-042594, registered by the Commercial Court of the Metropolitan Court of Budapest, hereinafter referred to as "the Issuer") informs the capital market actors that the holder of ownership rights over the Issuer, by its founder's resolution with effect from 1st September 2025 has appointed Mrs. Eszter GYARMATI dr. as a member of the Supervisory Board of the Issuer for a fixed term of five years.
