Hungarian Export-Import Bank Private Limited Company (registered office: H-1065 Budapest, Nagymező u. 46-48., company registration number: Cg.01-10-042594, registered by the Commercial Court of the Metropolitan Court of Budapest, hereinafter referred to as "Eximbank Zrt.") in compliance with the extraordinary information obligation set out in Section 55 of Act CXX of 2001 on the capital market, hereby informs capital market actors of the following:
The exerciser of ownership rights over Eximbank Zrt. ordered that Eximbank Zrt. - along with other state-owned shareholders - participate in the capital increase of IHT Informatika Zrt. (registered office: 1023 Budapest, Árpád fejedelem útja 26-28.; company registration number: 01-10-142658, registered by the Commercial Court of the Metropolitan Court of Budapest), by issuance of new shares, with a total contribution of HUF 785,538,000, i.e. seven hundred and eighty-five million five hundred and thirty-eight thousand forints, which contribution has been fully completed by Eximbank Zrt. on 27 November 2025.
