The holder of ownership rights concurrently recalled Mr. Kornél Kisgergely, Dr. Adrienn Berta, Mr. Máté Lóga, and Mr. Bence Gerlaki from the Board of Directors. Simultaneously, Dr. Judit Zolnay was appointed Chair of the Board, with Dr. Ágnes Fábián and Mr. Zalán Kiss appointed as Board members, all for a fixed five-year term commencing July 6, 2026.

Hungarian Export-Import Bank Private Limited Company (registered office: H-1065 Budapest, Nagymező u. 46-48., company registration number: Cg.01-10-042594, registered by the Commercial Court of the Metropolitan Court of Budapest, hereinafter referred to as "the Issuer") informs the capital market actors that, effective July 6, 2026, and for an indefinite period, Mr. Zalán Kiss will assume the position of Chief Executive Officer at the Issuer, replacing Dr. Adrienn Berta.
The Issuer further informs capital market actors of the following:
By its resolution, the holder of ownership rights over the Issuer has recalled the following individuals from their positions on the Issuer's Board of Directors:
1. Mr. Kornél Kisgergely, Chairman of the Board of Directors,
2. Dr. Adrienn Berta,
3. Mr. Máté Lóga, and
4. Mr. Bence Gerlaki.
Simultaneously, the holder of ownership rights over the Issuer, by its resolution, appointed the following individuals for a fixed term of five years beginning on July 6, 2026:
1. Dr. Judit Zolnay as Chair of the Issuer's Board of Directors,
2. Dr. Ágnes Fábián as a member of the Issuer's Board of Directors, and
3. Mr. Zalán Kiss as a member of the Issuer's Board of Directors.
