Botswana Diamonds PLC held its Annual General Meeting on 23 January 2025, where all resolutions were passed. Managing Director James Campbell reported the application for three prospecting licenses in Botswana and the identification of seven distinct targets. Three of these targets are within the applied-for licenses, one is on an existing Botswana Diamonds license, and ground gravity work around KX36 identified a twelve-hectare anomaly.

Results of Annual General Meeting
At the Botswana Diamonds plc ("Botswana Diamonds") Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), which was held in Newry earlier today, all resolutions were passed.
James Campbell, the Managing Director, also presented an update on projects. In particular:
- Three Prospecting Licenses have been applied for in Botswana following an extensive country wide Artificial Intelligence exploration programme.
- Seven distinct targets were identified, including a potential new kimberlite cluster.
- Three of these targets are in the licenses applied for and one is on an existing Botswana Diamonds licence.
- Ground gravity work around KX36 suggests additional kimberlites in the area, the largest of which is a twelve hectare anomaly.
