In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Burberry Group plc (the "Company") hereby notifies the market that the Company's issued share capital as at 31 December 2025 consisted of 363,826,752 ordinary shares of 0.05 pence per share ("Ordinary Shares"), each with one vote, including 2,839,220 Ordinary Shares held in Treasury. Ordinary Shares held in Treasury do not carry any voting rights.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 360,987,532 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
