Restoration of Listing
Beacon Rise Holdings plc is pleased to announce that, further to its publication of its audited results for the year ended 31 March 2023 ("FY23 Annual Report and Financial Statement") on 17 August 2023, it has been advised by the FCA that the temporary suspension of listing of the Company's ordinary shares on the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority has been lifted with effect on 21 August 2023. The listing of the ordinary shares on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange will be restored at the same time.
