NEWPOINT SURETY ASSET FINANCE LTD (the "Company")

Announcement: Delay in Publication of Audited Financial Statements for the Year Ended 31 December 2024

The Company's audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2024, which were due by 31^st October 2025 have been delayed and will be published by the 31 December 2025.

Reason for the delay:

There was a delay in obtaining the statutory documents, including those necessary for the preparation of the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2024, from the outgoing corporate service provider.

Since receiving these documents, Garfield Bennett Trust Company has been actively coordinating with a firm of accountants to prepare the financial statements. However, the audit process by BDO Limited (Jersey) (BDO) is still ongoing and has not yet been completed. Given these circumstances, meeting the 31^st October 2025 deadline for publishing the audited financial statements has not been possible.
