Announcement: Company name change

We hereby give notice that Newpoint Surety Asset Finance Ltd, a company incorporated in Jersey, with Registration Number 141787, has changed its name to Trustbridge Finance Ltd with effect from 21 December 2025.

The name change has been approved by the board of directors and has been duly registered with the Jersey Financial Services Commission in accordance with the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991. The Company's registration number remains unchanged. A copy of the certificate of name change issued by the Jersey Financial Services Commission van be obtained from the link below:

This change relates solely to the Company's name. There is no change to the Company's legal status, ownership, management, registered office, or business activities.
