BT Group PLC announced that its Chief Executive Allison Kirkby, Chief Financial Officer Simon Lowth, Group General Counsel Sabine Chalmers, CEO Consumer Claire Gillies, and Chief Security and Networks Officer Howard Watson received grants of awards under the BT Group Deferred Bonus Plan. These awards, consisting of Ordinary Shares, were granted on 16 June 2025 at a price of £1.83 per share. The individual volumes granted were 330,000 to Kirkby, 242,169 to Lowth, 126,148 to Chalmers, 35,955 to Gillies, and 133,875 to Watson.
