Vinanz Limited (London AQSE: BTC and US OTCQB: VINZF), the London-listed Bitcoin mining company focusing on decentralised Bitcoin mining facilities throughout the US and Canada, announces that the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and the Form of Proxy have been sent to Shareholders today.

The AGM will be held at the offices of Hill Dickinson LLP, The Broadgate Tower, 20 Primrose Street, London, EC2A 2EW at 10:00 a.m. on 27 February 2024.
