Barratt Redrow plc, ISIN: GB0000811801 (the "Company", "Barratt Redrow") announces that on 10 April 2025 it purchased for cancellation the following number of ordinary shares of 10 pence each from UBS AG London Branch ("UBS") as part of its £50 million share repurchase programme announced on 12 February 2025 (the "Programme"). All shares were purchased from UBS as an "on exchange" transaction subject to the rules of the London Stock Exchange.
