Barratt Redrow plc announced on 23 July 2025 that it purchased 130,000 of its ordinary shares for cancellation on 22 July 2025. These shares were acquired from Barclays Bank plc at a volume weighted average price of 379.4533 pence, as part of its £100 million share repurchase programme announced on 15 July 2025. To date, Barratt Redrow has purchased 789,463 ordinary shares in aggregate, leaving 1,439,035,646 ordinary shares in issue.
