Barratt Redrow plc, ISIN: GB0000811801 (the "Company", "Barratt Redrow") announces that on 23 September 2025 it purchased for cancellation the following number of ordinary shares of 10 pence each from Barclays Bank plc as part of its £100 million share repurchase programme announced on 15 July 2025 (the "Programme"). All shares were purchased from Barclays Bank plc as an "on exchange" transaction subject to the rules of the London Stock Exchange.

Following the above purchases and cancellation of the ordinary shares, the Company holds no ordinary shares in treasury and has 1,433,028,217 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares). The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 1,433,028,217.
