To date, Barratt Redrow has purchased 13,198,527 ordinary shares in aggregate for cancellation from Barclays Bank plc in accordance with the Programme. Following the above purchases and cancellation of the ordinary shares, the Company holds no ordinary shares in treasury and has 1,426,626,582 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares). The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 1,426,626,582.
