SW (Finance) I plc (the "Issuer") is announcing today the decision of the Majority Creditors to approve each of the waivers solicited in the STID Proposal referred to in the Issuer's announcement of 15 July 2025.  The waiver letter scheduled to the STID Proposal has now been executed by the Security Trustee.
