SW (Finance) I plc (the "Issuer") is announcing today the decision of the Majority Creditors to approve each of the amendments solicited in the Ancillary Amendments STID Proposal referred to in the Issuer's announcements of 8 July 2025 and 9 September 2025. The amendment agreements scheduled to the Ancillary Amendments STID Proposal have now been executed by Southern Water Services Limited and the Security Trustee.
