The Board of Baronsmead Venture Trust plc (the "Company") announces that the unaudited net asset value of the Ordinary Shares as at 30 June 2023 was 58.31p per share.
An interim dividend of 1.75p per share in relation to the year ended 30 September 2023 has been declared and is payable on 8 September 2023 to members on the register as at 11 August 2023.
The interim dividend of 1.75p per share has not been deducted from the net asset value of the Ordinary Shares at 30 June 2023 as the ex-dividend date is 10 August 2023.
