Transaction in Own Shares
The Company announces that on 18 November 2024 it made a market purchase of 2,140,447 of its own Ordinary shares of 10p each, at a price of 52.22 pence per share and the Company intends to hold these shares in treasury.
As a result of the above transaction the Ordinary shares in issue, shares held in treasury, and the Total Voting Rights of the Company are now as follows:
