The following amendment has been made to the 'Transaction in Own Shares' announcement released at 17:30:39 on 26 February 2025 under RNS Number 6015Y.
The correct number of Ordinary Shares in issue is 440,736,479 and the total voting rights/number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 396,036,914.

Transaction in Own Shares
The Company announces that on 26 February 2025 it made a market purchase of 2,944,042 of its own Ordinary shares of 10p each, at a price of 48.90 pence per share and the Company intends to hold these shares in treasury.
As a result of the above transaction the Ordinary shares in issue, shares held in treasury, and the Total Voting Rights of the Company are now as follows:
