The Board of Baronsmead Venture Trust plc (the "Company") announces that the unaudited net asset value of the Ordinary Shares as at 31 January 2026 was 53.36p per share.
A proposed final dividend of 2.00p per share in relation to the year ended 30 September 2025 has been declared and is payable on 24 March 2026 to members on the register as at 27 February 2026.
The proposed final dividend of 2.00p per share has not been deducted from the net asset value of the Ordinary Shares as at 31 January 2026 as the ex-dividend date is 26 February 2026.
