Bristol Water plc today announces the appointment of two new Non-Executive Directors to the Board of Bristol Water plc, South West Water Ltd and Pennon Group plc. Loraine Woodhouse and Dorothy Burwell will join the Board effective 1st December 2022. Both Loraine and Dorothy will also become members of the Board's Committees.
At the date of this announcement, Loraine Woodhouse is a Non-Executive Director of The Restaurant Group plc, and is also Non-Executive Director & Chair of the Audit Committee at British Land Company plc. Dorothy Burwell is a Partner and Global Partnership Board Member of FGS Global, a Non-Executive Director of Post Holdings, Inc. and a Trustee of the charity the Consumers' Association.
