Bytes Technology Group plc (BTG) announced on 9 October 2025 that it purchased 100,000 of its ordinary shares of £0.01 each on 8 October 2025 from Peel Hunt LLP. These shares were acquired under the Share Buyback Programme announced on 15 August 2025, at a volume weighted average price of 400.60 GBp per share, with a highest price of 401.00 GBp and a lowest price of 400.20 GBp. BTG intends to cancel the purchased shares, which will result in 239,380,186 ordinary shares in issue and total voting rights.

BTG announces that on 8 October 2025, it purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of £0.01 each (the "Ordinary Shares") on the London Stock Exchange from Peel Hunt LLP ("Peel Hunt"), in accordance with the terms of the Share Buyback Programme announced on 15 August 2025 (the "Buyback Programme").

BTG intends to cancel all of the purchased shares. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.
