The Directors are pleased to announce that at the Company's Annual General Meeting today the shareholders of Cavendish Financial plc (AIM: CAV) passed on a poll all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of AGM dated 6 September 2023, other than resolutions 17 to 19 which were withdrawn as announced on 7 September 2023.
