Update on Timing of Results

Cake Box Holdings plc (AIM: CBOX) announces an update regarding the timing of the publication of its preliminary financial results for the year to 30 March 2025.

The financial year-end audit process is well advanced but the Group's auditor, MHA Audit Services LLP, has informed the Company that a small amount of additional time is required to complete its standard audit procedures. The additional required time is due to it being the first audit following the Company's acquisition of Ambala Foods Limited which completed shortly before the year end.

Accordingly, the Group will now announce its results for the year ended 30 March 2025 on Tuesday 15 July 2025. The analyst and investor presentations, previously scheduled for 26 June and 27 June 2025 respectively, will also be postponed and new timings will be advised in due course.

The Company has continued to trade strongly since the trading update on 12 March 2025 and the Board expects both revenue and EBITDA for the year ended 30 March 2025 to be slightly ahead of expectations.
