FTSE Russell announced on 21 September 2023 the deletion of Curtis Banks Group (UK) as a constituent from several FTSE UK Index Series. This follows a scheme of arrangement related to a cash offer for Curtis Banks Group by Nucleus Clyde Acquisition Limited. Curtis Banks Group will be removed from the FTSE AIM UK 50, FTSE AIM 100, and FTSE AIM All-Share Indexes effective from the start of trading on 26 September 2023.
