Chemring Group PLC issued a blocklisting update on 20 June 2022. This update confirms that no 1p Ordinary Shares remain to be issued from the provisional block listing of 1,225,048 shares, which was admitted on 24 February 2017, following the exercise or lapse of all options under The Chemring Group 2008 UK Sharesave Plan on 27 July 2016.
