Chemring Group PLC announced on 20 April 2023 that its director, Fiona MacAulay, is now serving as a non-executive director of Dowlais Group plc, following Dowlais's admission to the premium listing segment and trading on the London Stock Exchange. Mrs MacAulay will also step down as Chair and non-executive director of IOG plc after its Annual General Meeting scheduled for 2 May 2023.

Director Declaration
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Chemring Group PLC (the "Company") announces that Fiona MacAulay, a director of the Company, is now serving as a non-executive director of Dowlais Group plc ("Dowlais") following the admission of Dowlais shares to the premium listing segment of the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange today, 20 April 2023.
As previously announced, Mrs MacAulay will step down as Chair and a non-executive director of IOG plc after its Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on 2 May 2023.
