Churchill China plc (AIM: CHH), the manufacturer of innovative performance ceramic products serving hospitality markets worldwide, confirms that all resolutions at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today were duly passed. The Company can also confirm, that further to the announcement made on 16th January, Brendan Hynes stepped down from the Board on the 4th June 2024.
