Loan Facility
The Company announces that it has entered into a two-year unsecured revolving credit facility ("RCF") with The Royal Bank of Scotland International Limited for £20 million.
This replaces the Company's existing £15 million RCF with The Royal Bank of Scotland International Limited which matures on 28 September 2025.
The Company has entered into this facility for the purpose of pursuing its investment objective and for general working capital requirements.
