Chill Brands Group plc (LSE: CHLL), the consumer packaged-goods distribution company, announces that it has appointed RPG Crouch Chapman LLP ("RPGCC") as the Company's auditor. RPGCC will undertake the audit on the accounts for the 18-month period to 30 September 2025. The appointment follows a process overseen by the Company's Audit Committee and will be confirmed by a resolution which will be put to shareholders at the Company's next Annual General Meeting.
The Company's previous auditor, PKF Littlejohn LLP, has confirmed their reason for resignation is that the Company has taken the decision to appoint another auditor. In accordance with Section 519 of the Companies Act 2006, PKF Littlejohn LLP has confirmed that there are no other matters to be brought to the attention of the Company's members or creditors.
