Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that on 2 August 2024 it purchased from Winterflood Securities Limited 2,619 of its own ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 3605 pence per share. The purchased shares will be cancelled.

Following the above purchase of shares, Caledonia's issued share capital includes 54,152,229 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.
