Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that on 30 August 2024 it purchased from Winterflood Securities Limited 59,005 of its own ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 3625.90 pence per share. The purchased shares will be cancelled.
Following the above purchase of shares, Caledonia's issued share capital includes 53,976,438 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.
