Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that on 30 October 2024 it purchased from Winterflood Securities Limited 30,000 of its own ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 3313.53 pence per share. The purchased shares will be cancelled.

Following the above purchase of shares, Caledonia's issued share capital includes 53,686,438 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.
