Centrica plc announces that on 14 November 2025 it cancelled 78,500,000 of the Company's Ordinary shares of 6 14/81 pence each, previously held in treasury, in line with the Company's policy to maintain the number of treasury shares below 10% of total issued share capital.
Following the above cancellation, Centrica holds 424,355,774 ordinary shares in treasury, representing 8.32% of the Company's total issued share capital.
